What is UBI (Universal Basic Income)?

Periodic unconditional cash payments to all individuals — no means-testing or work requirements. Set at or near poverty-line level (a “floor”).

What is Universal High Income (UHI)?

A significantly higher level of universal unconditional cash income, enabled by extreme productivity gains (AI, robotics). Makes work optional; provides a comfortable or abundant lifestyle.
