Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Course Cancellations:

  • 1.1 Online Courses:
    • Due to the nature of our digital content and immediate access provided, cancellations for online courses are generally not permitted after access has been granted.
    • In exceptional circumstances, such as demonstrable technical issues preventing course access, a review of the cancellation request may be considered.
    • Requests for review must be submitted in writing via email to [insightsintegration91@gmail.com]
      within 3 days of course purchase.
  • 1.2 Live Online/Offline Classes:
    • Cancellations for live online or offline classes must be requested at least [number] days prior to the commencement of the course.
    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the course start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the course fee.

  • 1.3 Test Series:
    • Test series purchases are non-refundable once access to the platform or materials has been granted.

2. Refunds:

  • 2.1 Online Courses:
    • Refunds, if approved, for online course issues will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • 2.2 Live Online/Offline Classes:
    • Refunds for approved cancellations of live classes, minus any applicable cancellation fees, will be processed within 15 business days.
  • 2.3 General Refund Conditions:
    • Insights Integration reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is deemed that the customer has violated the terms of service.
    • Processing fees or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
    • No refunds will be provided for downloaded digital content.
  • 2.4 technical issues:
    • In the event of Insights Integration having major technical issues that prevent the user from accessing large portions of purchased content, Insights Integration will work to solve the issue. If the issue cannot be solved within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated refund may be issued.
